The second talk of the web sessions was delivered a short while ago and feedback has been very positive. Apparently it was clear and helpful, but don't take my word for it - see what one critic has to say:

For those of you who missed it, or anybody reading from a different university, our Audio Visual department recorded the talk. A big thanks to Sacha from AV for all his work. The next talk is on 10th September, will be about collaborative working and will be delivered by Phil Wilson.
